Returns Policy
We have created a very easy returns/refunds process in order to make your online shopping experience pleasant, even when you are not fully satisfied.
All returns/refunds requests must be made within 14 days from the delivery date. We do not accept returns of products that are used, damaged or with no original tags and packaging and we do NOT accept returns on Custom made orders.
Returns Charges
Regular priced items may be returned for a full refund LESS 10% Restocking fee and Shipping charges. Plus, the customer should cover the return shipping charges to one of our warehouses in Canada.
Returns Process
Step 1: Request a Return Authorization # within 5 days of receiving your product.
Step 2: Put the product and paperwork in a box.
Step 3: Write Return Authorization # on the outside of the shipping box.
Step 4: Ship within 5 days of receiving Return Authorization #.
All returns require a valid Return Authorization # (RA). You must request an RA # within 5 days from receiving your order.
Returns must be shipped within 5 days of receiving an RA #. Once we receive a return, please allow 5-10 business days to process the refund/store credit.
All international customers are responsible to pay any and all fees when shipping back an item. (Duties, taxes, brokerage fees, etc.)
Final Sale Returns
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for products you bought during final sales & special promotions.
Got a Damaged Item
We hope this never happens, and we are extremely sorry if it did happen with your order.
Please email us at returns@website.com along with the photos showing the damage. We will personally take care of the issue as quickly as possible and arrange for a replacement unit to be sent in exchange.
